AG CONNECT 2013 REVEALS FINAL MASTER & MAVERICK
Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) reports:

AG CONNECT 2013 reveals the fifth and final Master & Maverick from the show's interactive promotion campaign. AG CONNECT now invites anyone in the ag industry to join the dialog and become part of the campaign via the show's social media networks and website.

AG CONNECT Expo & Summit 2013 will be held January 29-31, 2013 in Kansas City, Missouri at the Kansas City Convention Center.

Meet the Fifth and Final Master & Maverick in the Ad Campaign

Gregg Halverson oversees Black Gold Farms, headquartered in Grand Forks, North Dakota with locations in 12 states. Total acreage is 25,000, with a primary crop of potatoes and secondary crops of sweet potatoes, peanuts, corn, soybeans and wheat.

Gregg says at times he's been considered a Master and at times a Maverick. A customer focus is key to his operations, according to Gregg: "We look at our customers very carefully, and we really spend a lot of time with our customers trying to provide solutions to our customers. The more that we can open our doors to let our customers and our customers' customers know what we're doing, the closer we can come to being a part of those customers. I think that's really important because food is something that we all of course have to have, and is something that we produce."

Here's how to participate: Just fill out a short questionnaire on hot topics in ag and submit a photograph. Short video clips are also encouraged.

Participants will receive free admission to AG CONNECT on Wednesday, January 30 and Thursday, January 31.

For Exhibitors: This is a chance to spotlight company Masters & Mavericks in the campaign by entering company leadership, product experts/R&D/engineers, and key dealers and producers. By featuring company executives, experts and/or loyal customers in the Masters & Mavericks program, exhibitors can further their company's own goals as well as demonstrate industry support for the show.

AEM also encourages members and exhibitors to share and retweet about the program on their social media accounts (corporate and personal).

The Masters & Mavericks campaign will continue to be promoted through future attendee and exhibitor direct marketing materials, radio and television broadcasts/advertisements, print advertisements, on the AG CONNECT social media networks and on the show website.
