The latest development in AmTrust's relationship with CNH Capital includes the establishment of long-term licensing and service agreements and the acquisition of CNH Capital's affiliate insurance agencies: CNH Capital Insurance Agency Inc. and CNH Capital Canada Insurance Agency, Ltd. CNH Capital and AmTrust will be working together to enhance and expand CNH Capital's offering of equipment extended service contracts and other insurance products to Case IH, Case Construction, New Holland Agriculture, New Holland Construction and Kobelco equipment dealers in the U.S. and Canada.
