MICHIGAN'S GREENSTONE FARM CREDIT NAMES SR. VP/SALES & CUSTOMER RELATIONS

Randy Stec has been named senior vice president of sales and customer relations for GreenStone Farm Credit Services.

In his new role, Stec will oversee sales and support of all of GreenStone's products and services at each of the organization's 37 branch offices. He will also work with staff to explore the marketplace for new business opportunities in both the traditional agricultural market and the country living segment served by the cooperative. Additionally, he will be charged with maintaining the high level of customer satisfaction currently experienced by GreenStone customers.

"Having worked in a wide variety of roles with GreenStone, Randy brings a tremendous amount of experience and industry knowledge to his new position," said GreenStone executive vice president, Jack Kelly. "Randy is a proven leader, and will do a fantastic job of leading the GreenStone sales team while identifying new business opportunities for the organization."

Stec, who began his career as a financial services officer, has held a variety of positions with GreenStone during his 30-plus year tenure. He most recently served as regional vice president of sales and customer relations overseeing GreenStone's eastern Michigan branches.

A lifelong Michigan native, Stec attended Ferris State University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He is also attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Stec, an avid water fowl hunter and walleye fisherman, is active in his local community. He is a former member of the Tuscola County Economic Development board, past board chairman of Tuscola County Ducks Unlimited, and currently serves on the Tuscola County Community Foundation board of trustees. Stec resides in Tuscola County with his wife, Rebecca.
