HOARD'S DAIRYMAN ARCHIVED WEBINARS TOP 10,000 VIEWS Jul. 9, 2012 Source: Hoard's Dairyman Last year, Hoard's Dairyman launched its free webinar series in conjunction with the University of Illinois. Viewers attend the live sessions on the second Monday of each month at noon (Central time). Producers and allied industry professionals who are unable to sign at noon, the webinars are archived for later viewing. As of June of 2012, Hoard's Dairyman archived webinars have surpassed the 10,000 views milestone. With each new month, new content is shared with viewers across North America and around the world. Mike Hutjens of the University of Illinois hosts each hour-long webinar, which includes nationally known and carefully selected presenters who discuss the most-timely and relevant challenges faced by today's dairy producers. Past topics include finance, nutrition, milk quality, herd care, milk marketing and dairy policy. The webinar series is approved for continuing education units (CEU) by the American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists. Each hour-long webinar earns one CEU.
