TERRY MCINROY JOINS FLM+ LEADERSHIP TEAM AS SENIOR VP

FLM+ (Farmer, Lumpe + McClelland) announces Terry McInroy as SeniorVice President for Engagement and a member of the company leadership team. Terry will lead the fast growing company's engagement efforts in paid media, social media, traditional media, trade shows and marketing research as well as play a leading role in account planning, process management and business development strategies.

McInroy joins with 25 years of experience, most recently Vice President, Group Media Director, at Martin/Williams Advertising, Minneapolis, where he oversaw 60+ brand campaigns annually for the Syngenta account and supervised a staff of five. He will be based in the FLM+ Minneapolis office.

"Many of our team members have worked with Terry over the years and are absolutely thrilled he has joined FLM+. He brings a unique blend of enthusiasm, experience, creativity and passion for what he does so very well. McInroy began his career at Campbell-Mithun and Miller Meester, also in the Twin Cities. Other clients served over the years include 3M, American Cyanamid, Novartis, Polaris Victory Motorcycles, Gander Mountain, American Popcorn, Northrup King and Pioneer Hi-Bred.

He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Iowa and anadvanced business diploma in marketing from the Business Institute of Technology.
