The nation's top experts in agricultural lending will gather in Milwaukee on Nov. 4-7 to answer these questions at the American Bankers Association's 60th annual National Agricultural Bankers Conference. Senior bankers, industry experts and regulators will convene for keynote speakers and more than 30 sessions covering the future of agricultural credit, the outlook for the ag supercycle, forecasts for the global economy and insights on building a thriving ag credit culture across long distances. Conference highlights: • Jason Henderson of the Kansas City Federal Reserve and Brent Gloy of Purdue University will share what they have learned from past ag supercycles and answer the important question: "Is This Boom Different?"; • Barry Flinchbaugh, Ph.D., professor of agricultural economics at Kansas State University, will share his outlook for farm policy and the Farm Bill; and • Ken Schmidt, Harley-Davidson's communications specialist, will discuss the legendary turnaround of this American manufacturer.
