NAT'L CORN GROWERS ASSN SELECTS DTN/THE PROGRESSIVE FARMER AS ITS CUSTOM PUBLISHING PARTNER

DTN/The Progressive Farmer announced today that it has been selected by the National Corn Growers Association (NCGA) as the custom publishing partner for the 2013 NCGA National Corn Yield Contest guide.
For nearly 50 years, the NCGA National Corn Yield Contest has rewarded the producer who grows the most corn per acre. The Contest Guide highlights national and state contest winners in six categories and will be featured in the mid-February 2013 issue of The Progressive Farmer.
"We are very pleased that NCGA's staff recognized our fresh approach to enhancing its industry leading National Corn Yield Contest Guide," said Matt Herman, vice president of strategic agriculture accounts for DTN/The Progressive Farmer. "We look forward to supporting NCGA, its members and industry sponsors as their custom publishing partner."
Gregg Hillyer, editor-in-chief of The Progressive Farmer, adds, "We are honored NCGA has selected DTN/The Progressive Farmer to publish the National Corn Yield Contest Guide. Contest winners will be recognized during the 2013 Commodity Classic in Kissimmee, Fla., Feb. 28 to March 2, 2013.
