CROPLIFE AMERICA NAMES OREGONIAN STATE LEGISLATOR OF THE YEAR

CropLife America (CLA) reports:
CLA's Jeff Case presented CLA's State Legislator of the Year Award to Oregon Representative Tim Freeman at the Oregonians for Food and Shelter (OFS) Annual Meeting in Salem, OR.
This award was announced earlier this fall at CLA's Annual Meeting in Amelia Island, FL.
Rep. Freeman was recognized for his tireless defense of valuable input tools used in agriculture and forestry production. He has opposed activists' efforts to limit the use of pesticides, and has worked closely with our friends at OFS in addressing these issues.
Thanks to OFS lobbyist and director of grassroots Paulette Pyle for the nomination of one of the great defenders of our industry in the public policy arena.
