Investors in the syndicate include Rockport Capital, Open Prairie Ventures, Pangaea Ventures, and several individuals. NewLeaf Symbiotics is an agricultural biotech firm that is commercializing a family of beneficial bacteria known as PPFMs (Pink Pigmented Facultative Methylotrophs).
