BRATNEY COMPANIES INTRODUCES AUTOMATED KERNEL SORTER
Source: Bratney Companies news release

Bratney Companies, a leading innovator in seed and grain handling equipment, introduced a new automated kernel sorter that provides near perfect sorting accuracy while boasting a sorting capacity of 10 pounds every four minutes.

"The kernel sorter was developed to quantify production samples and ensure RIB requirements are met," said Curt Davis, Director of Sales at Bratney Companies. "It's fast, reliable and extremely accurate.

It requires very little maintenance and reduces the amount of manual labor needed to complete the process. In essence, this kernel sorter automates the process versus the typical hand picking, boosting productivity."

Featuring a fully integrated RGB camera, the PS-M1 KS can separate refuge seed out of GMO if they are two different colors, and custom programming functions allow you to program for different color combinations. The cutting-edge RIB laboratory sorter is completely enclosed for operator safety and comes available in tabletop and floor models.
