Source: LandPro news release

LandPro LLC, a farm management and real estate company based in Oswego, IL, has moved its location and reopened as a full-service land real estate company offering land real estate brokerage services with a focus on agricultural properties. The company will now be located at 2683 US 34 in Oswego.

Ray Brownfield, ALC, AFM, the principal at LandPro, takes on the role of managing broker with the organization. He is joined by Sandra Dockus, who will serve as the director of operations. Dockus also holds a managing broker license. The two had previously been affiliated with john greene Land Company in Oswego.

Brownfield and LandPro have been providing professional farm management and consulting services since 2003. "We are proponents of providing clients with comprehensive services that maximize the value of real estate through impeccable ethics, education and professional services," Brownfield says.

"I have always loved the business of working with agriculture and providing the highest quality services to my clients when finding solutions to ownership goals. Then we work at exceeding those expectations. And in doing so, we have the bonus of spending time on the land and with farmers," he asserts.

Brownfield comes from a strong Illinois farming background and brings over 40 years of service to the agriculture community. Ray earned the REALTORS® Land Institute Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation, as well as the Accredited Farm Manager (AFM), designation from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) after meeting those organizations' stringent educational and transactional requirements. He has been actively involved in the leadership of these and other professional organizations both on the local, regional and national levels.

"Anyone involved with it knows that agriculture has finally come into its own, and I believe the years ahead offer tremendous change and opportunity. I have an incredible passion for this business and want to be a part of it for years to come. It just does not get any better than this," he says.
