NAT'L AG HALL OF FAME TO HOST TRACTOR CRUISE Feb. 26, 2013 Source: The National Agricultural Center and Hall of Fame news release Explore the beauty of Wyandotte County on a tractor and raise funds for the Ag Hall of Fame. Tractor enthusiasts will gather to drive a scenic 35 mile loop and raise funds for The National Agricultural Center and Hall of Fame. The May 4th Tractor Cruise starts at the Ag Hall, and heads to downtown Bonner Springs, Kansas to join the Marble Day Parade. With a spin around Lakeside Speedway and stops at Cabelas, Nuts & Bolts Hardware and Wyandotte County Park, this scenic drive will be one to remember. The benefit, hosted by the Greater Kansas City Two Cylinder Club, will end with a BBQ dinner at the Ag Hall of Fame. About the Agricultural Hall of Fame, The National Agricultural Center and Hall of Fame is a nonprofit 501 (C)3 organization that was Chartered by congress to serve as the National museum of agriculture and to honor American Farmer. The 164 acre museum complex features the Agricultural Hall of Fame, Museum of Farming, National Farmers' Memorial, Poultry Museum, Educational Garden and FarmTown USA, an early 1900s farming community which includes a farmstead, one room school, railroad depot, blacksmith shop and more; a narrow gage miniature train takes visitors on rides around the town.
