PARADOWSKI CREATIVE ADDS INSIGHT PLANNER, ACCOUNT MANAGER

In response to continued business opportunities and growth, Paradowski Creative announces the addition of two new staff members to the team.

Pat Rosner brings more than 20 years of experience to Paradowski Creative as Director of Insights/Planning. Rosner's background includes leadership positions at Osborn Barr, PHD USA and Temerlin McClain/Bozell, where she developed target and media insights for a variety of communications campaigns. She has worked on brands such as Bank of America, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Monsanto, Nestle Purina and Texas Instruments. Pat graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a degree in journalism.

"Our clients are seeking insight-driven, creative solutions," says Gus Hattrich, Paradowski Creative President. "Deeper understanding about the various target audiences we develop campaigns for is critical. Having research-based knowledge supports both the creative process and media plan development. We are thrilled to add Pat to our team to help lead this group."

Additionally, the Paradowski Creative team has expanded its account service team.

Annie Kayser has joined the Paradowski Creative team as an Account Manager. Previously, Kayser spent more than six years at Monsanto Company, where she held a variety of sales support and marketing positions. Most recently, she managed and helped implement various community outreach programs targeted at highlighting the important contributions that farmers make in rural agriculture areas, including America's Farmers Grow Communities.

An Illinois native, Kayser earned her bachelor and master's degrees in communication from Western Illinois University.
