Rev it up 2014!
The 16th Annual Agricultural Media Summit (AMS) Program planning is well under way. AMS will kick off with an area ag tour on Saturday, a video workshop on Sunday afternoon, followed by a schedule that is jam packed with great, informative speakers. Keep your eye out for additional details available soon - you won't want to miss a thing!
Sunday evening is the famous welcome party at the hotel. This year's program is filled with something for everyone- writing, design, photography, personal development, social media, sales, public relations and much more!
Monday will start with two, deep-dive sessions in writing and design. Poynter Institute's award-winning journalist, Jacqui Banaszynski, will present Monday morning. Anne-Marie Concepcion, Seneca Design and Training, will feature Secrets of an InDesign Pro: Tips and techniques that will turn you into an InDesign layout whiz. Monday afternoon, Frances Peck's session will introduce you to seven practical tips for how to write in plain language.
You won't want to miss these planned sessions on Tuesday:
Spend the morning and lunch with motivational keynote speaker, Craig Zablocki.
Enjoy a personal finance class, and
Explore the best mobile apps for ag communicators with Jenni Latzke.
And that's just some of the fabulous professional development sessions - the full schedule will be unveiled in early April.

The Agricultural Media Summit - it's the best place to promote your company or organization's products and services. We're in Indianapolis, Ind., this summer with a theme of "Rev It Up!"
This annual get-together, the largest meeting in the United States of the ag industry's top writers, editors, photographers, publishers and ag communicator specialists, begins with an ag tour on Saturday, July 26, a video workshop on Sunday afternoon, followed by the AMS program through Tuesday evening.
