Source: Brownfield Ag News news release

Brownfield Ag News is excited to announce the addition of heritage agriculture radio stations WOWO-AM and WOWO-FM in Fort Wayne and powerhouse station WIKY-FM in Evansville, Indiana to the growing list of affiliate partners carrying Brownfield Ag News programming.

In the past year, several key Indiana radio stations began carrying Brownfield programming. They include WIBC-FM, Indianapolis; WKOA-FM, Lafayette; WWBL-FM, Washington; WUZR-FM, Bicknell; WQTY-FM, Linton; WREB-FM, Greencastle; WBTO-FM, Petersburg; WRCY-AM, Mt. Vernon; WYGB-FM, Columbus; WXCH-FM, Columbus, and WRZQ-FM, Greensburg. These stations reach a vast agricultural audience in the Hoosier state.

Brownfield Ag News is committed to agriculture, providing news, markets, weather, event coverage and feature and commentary programming relevant to those who live and work on farms and in rural communities. Veteran agricultural communicator Meghan Grebner lives in Indiana and provides local, on-the-ground coverage of agriculture in the Hoosier state.

She is part of the award winning team of nine agricultural journalists, all Broadcast Council members of the National Association of Farm Broadcasting, along with an ag meteorologist, Washington D.C. policy analyst and two market analysts.

Brownfield now has contractual partnerships with 73 affiliate radio stations in Indiana that carry Brownfield programming. A grand total of more than 350 affiliate radio stations in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Ohio, Missouri, Wisconsin, Nebraska, South Dakota and Colorado carry Brownfield programming.

In addition to giving more listeners the opportunity to hear Brownfield programs, this increase in coverage area provides even greater marketing opportunities for advertising partners.

In addition to the radio network, Brownfield includes BrownfieldAgNews.com, the free daily e-mail newsletter Agriculture Today, and the Brownfield Mobile application. Brownfield's social media presence continues to expand to many platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Google Plus, and YouTube.
