VITERRA, CANADIAN INT'L GRAINS INSTITUTE ANNOUNCE $1M FUNDING PARTNERSHIP

Viterra Inc. ("Viterra") and Cigi (Canadian International Grains Institute) are pleased to announce that Viterra is investing $1 million to support Cigi in its ongoing efforts to promote Canadian field crops to customers in domestic and international markets. As a result of this partnership, Cigi's main classroom with be renamed the "Viterra Knowledge Centre".

"Cigi has an excellent international reputation for delivering customized training programs and technical expertise to farmers and end users. Their work has helped to enhance Canada's position as a reliable supplier of safe and high quality grains, oilseeds and pulses," said Kyle Jeworski, Viterra's President and CEO for North America.

"Viterra and Cigi have a longstanding and rewarding relationship, and we are pleased to forge this official partnership that will continue to benefit our stakeholders and support our industry in an evolving global marketplace."
