Source: Arysta LifeScience news release

Arysta LifeScience North America recently announced a new role - Technical Sales Manager - within its Canadian Sales Team. Jodi MacDonald, former Territory Sales Manager for the Southern Alberta Region, is the first person to be named to this new position.

MacDonald will work in north and central Saskatchewan with retailers, sharing his industry expertise and technical knowledge to help provide agronomic solutions to Western Canadian customers.

"Jodi has spent the last eight years in the southern Alberta agriculture industry, working closely with Arysta LifeScience customers in that province," said Dustin Dinwoodie, Regional Sales Manager, Canada. "We appreciate his dedication to his former sales manager role and know he will approach the Technical Sales Manager position with the same enthusiasm, professionalism and commitment to our customers."

Additionally, Blair Lyon will fill the Territory Sales Manager position in southern Alberta vacated by MacDonald. Lyon began his career with Monsanto then served as a Farm Marketing Representative with Cargill. He holds a diploma in agriculture from the University of Manitoba and will work out of his home office in Lethbridge, Alberta.

"Blair is well-known in southern Alberta and will bring immediate value to Arysta LifeScience customers in this territory," Dinwoodie added. "He will continue to deepen our relationship with existing customers while sharing information on Arysta LifeScience product offerings with potential new customers, helping us continue to grow our overall Canadian business."

Lyon has been working with MacDonald to transition into his role since early February. To follow, MacDonald will assume his new technical position effective March 10, 2014.
