CropLife America (CLA) reports:

On April 18th, the district court for the Northern District of California dismissed many of the 14 claims made by beekeepers and activists in Ellis v. Bradbury.

The plaintiffs requested, among other things, that the Court cancel multiple clothianidin and thiamethoxam conditional and unconditional registrations.

Going forward, the Court's decision significantly limits the plaintiffs' FIFRA and ESA claims.

Plaintiffs' may file a second amended complaint on or before May 9th.
