CONFLUENCE MARKETING ADDS FIVE TO WORK ON ITS AG ACCOUNTS

In response to a growing roster of agricultural clients, Confluence Marketing recently added five to its staff.

"We've added both senior leadership for the agency and depth to our public relations capability and design department to meet the needs of our clients," said Confluence CEO Tim McKim.

Steve Akerson joined as senior vice president. After serving as a primary marketing research resource for Confluence for 10 years, Akerson now leads marketing research efforts for Confluence. He also serves as an account planner, and he heads the Donaldson Clean Solutions fuel filtration account.

"Steve has long been an agency partner, and we can't be more excited to have him on board," said McKim. "He brings tremendous leadership abilities, and his guidance on company branding has already paid dividends for our clients."

Akerson has operated Akerson Marketing Research for the past 13 years. Previously, he served as the head of marketing research for Colle & McVoy.

Megan Ramaker joins as account manager. Ramaker assumes a lead role in the agency's public relations group, serving several clients, but focusing on Zinpro Corporation, CLAAS of America and Donaldson Clean Solutions. She brings 10 years of experience in public relations roles, most recently with Benedictine Health Systems.

Danielle Rice joins as assistant account executive. Rice has more than 10 years of experience, most recently serving as the digital media manager for Conservation Minnesota. She holds a Bachelors degree in English from Concordia College, and she primarily assists on the Zinpro Corporation account.

CeCelia Hubbartt joins as public relations assistant account executive. She is a recent graduate of Minnesota State University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Mass Communications, public relations emphasis. She speaks German fluently, and she was awarded the President's Commission on the Status of Women Grant in 2012. Hubbartt assists on several accounts, primarily focusing on media relations and social media.

Allan Noyes joins as graphic designer. Noyes comes to Confluence after completing an internship with Gearbox Functional Creative. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Arts, with an emphasis in Graphic Design from St. Cloud State University. Before attending SCSU, he earned an A.A.S. in Computer Art and Publishing with a creative emphasis from Ridgewater College. He assists on several clients, but his primary focus is on the Donaldson Clean Solutions account.
