BUSH HOG RESUMES PRODUCTION, NUMBER OF PARTIES INTERESTED IN ACQUIRING THE COMPANY
Farm Equipment magazine reports:

In a letter issued to employees of Bush Hog on January 23, president Duane Prentice tried to alleviate concerns of Bush Hog employees. In it, he assured them that the company would return to production in early February and that the current hiatus was only to avoid excess inventory in dealerships.

He also addressed rumors that Bush Hog is in negotiations to be sold. He wrote, "As you are aware, Bush Hog's ownership is investigating whether or not this may be the right time to sell the company. Bush Hog owner CC Industries has hired Lincoln International, a global merger and acquisition advisory firm, to help evaluate options."

He noted that a number of interested parties have come forward but a sale is far from certain.
