"As Osborn Barr continues to grow, it is critical that we have creative and strategic team members to excel for our clients both in the rural communications and agriculture space where Osborn Barr has always been a trusted partner as well as in tourism, hospitality and education industries where the Paramore team has a strong history and reputation," said Rhonda Ries, president of Osborn Barr. "These six individuals exemplify our dedication to client service and we are thrilled to have them on board." New hires and promotions include: ST. LOUIS OFFICE Tommy Mattler has been named Art Director. Mattler joins the agency with past experience leading design projects from conceptualization to execution for national brands including AT&T, Monsanto, Farm Credit and Purina. He will work closely with the firm's creative directors, producers and developers to produce high-end concepts, art direction and design solutions for clients. Zach Hicks joins Osborn Barr as an Associate Creative Director. Originally from Cincinnati, Hicks brings more than a decade of experience with clients such as Anheuser-Busch beverages, Bosch Tools, NASCAR and blu eCigs in the experiential, digital and traditional design realms. Cordell Jeffries has also been named Associate Creative Director. With vast experience in copywriting, marketing and strategy development, Jeffries will be responsible for creating concepts and executing ideas based on client needs and creative direction as well as leading and elevating the agency's copywriting as a whole. Briana Gilomen has been hired as an Account Supervisor for the firm. Previously working with companies such as General Motors, Monsanto and Wells Fargo, Gilomen will develop and implement PR, advertising and special project plans and act as a liaison between the client and the agency. KANSAS CITY OFFICE Marisa Windisch, former production artist for Osborn Barr, has been promoted to Associate Art Director. In her new role, Windisch will assist the Lead Designer with production responsibilities including reviewing and analyzing file specifications for output by vendors and developers as well as ensure that O+B is delivering quality creative concepts to all clients. NASHVILLE OFFICE Crystal Hubbard joins Osborn Barr as a Media Specialist. With experience in a wide array of industries including digital media and advertising, Hubbard will drive media strategy and the media planning process to achieve results for clients.
