Red River Farm Network reports:
This National 4-H Week. This important week highlights the outstanding 4-H youth in our communities and the experiences provided through 4-H.
A national study conducted by Tufts University found that youth who participate in 4-H have better grades and are more emotionally engaged at school. 4-H’ers are also more than twice as likely to be active in their communities and are 47 percent less likely to have risky or problem behaviors.
