Source: Beck Ag news release

Beck Ag, Inc., a company dedicated to providing measurable Go-To-Market solutions for agriculture companies and organizations, has named Jay Kelley as its new president. Kelley has also assumed an equity position in Beck Ag and has been appointed to the company's board of directors. Kelley's new leadership positions are effective immediately.

"Since joining Beck Ag in 2014, Jay's leadership, vast experience and proven expertise have been universally recognized by his clients," said Stephanie Liska, CEO of Beck Ag. "Jay's agricultural upbringing and experience perfectly complements the tremendously talented team members Beck Ag has across America."

In his role as president, Kelley will work closely with Beck Ag's Go-To-Market Solutions Teams as well as clients to understand market needs and assist in designing strategic solutions supported by Beck Ag's AG IQ customer intelligence. He will also help identify and assemble implementation teams with the required expertise to deliver measurable return-on-time and -investment for clients.

In addition, Kelley will oversee innovation efforts within Beck Ag, uncovering and evaluating new go-to-market solutions for Beck Ag to deliver value to clients.

Prior to joining Beck Ag, Kelley led business development and implementation activities for Agri Business Group (ABG), then subsequently Adayana Agribusiness Group. In this role, he worked closely with clients to design strategies and initiatives that supported those client's growth objectives. The supporting concepts ranged from strategy development and marketing planning to learning development and technology solutions. Kelley worked with clients in nearly all segments of the agriculture industry, from the board room to the field.

His passion for agriculture was a direct result of being raised on a family farm in Illinois. Like many others in agriculture, he appreciates the rewards and challenges that come with being involved with production agriculture.
