In this role, Saegebrecht will lead an experienced group of strategically driven, results-oriented media experts. In addition to her department management responsibilities, she also will serve on the agency's leadership team. "Allison's strength is strategy. Saegebrecht joined R+K in March 2016 as Media Strategy Director. She has nearly 20 years of strategic media planning experience at top agencies, such as FCB and OMD. Her category experience includes consumer packaged goods, agriculture, retail and quick-service restaurants, and she has led media strategy for leading global brands, such as Quaker Oats, Wrigley, Bayer, Pier 1 and McDonald's. "Allison also excels at leading cross-platform teams. Her passion for holistic communications planning and continual learning has enabled her to gain client confidence and build effective working relationships with our teams to deliver high productivity and solutions," explained Martin.
