The IDEAg Group LLC recently announced the addition of three new leaders to the team. Dan Johnson joins IDEAg Group as a new sales account manager. In this role, Johnson will manage exhibitor and sponsorship sales for all IDEAg events including the Amarillo Farm and Ranch Show, Dakotafest, Minnesota Farmfest, Northern Illinois Farm Show and the IDEAg Trade Show at the American Farm Bureau Federation's annual convention.

Johnson brings a wealth of agribusiness industry experience in sales leadership and management, business development, marketing and customer development with leading biotech seed companies. He will be responsible for developing industry relationships with IDEAg farm show exhibitors, sponsors and developing new business to increase market exposure and farm show engagement.

Niki Jones joins IDEAg as marketing manager. In this role, Jones is responsible for leading marketing and PR-related programs for IDEAg trade show events. Jones brings an extensive background in marketing, advertising and branding for several large and small brands in categories such as agriculture, technology and retail. She will be responsible for increasing IDEAg farm show attendance to help drive leads for exhibitors and sponsors.

Kelly Morrison joins IDEAg as an assistant account manager. She grew up in an agricultural family whose roots have been based in central Minnesota for over 150 years. Her prior experience includes extensive knowledge of the cattle industry and the ability to build relationships and create true partnerships with clients. She will be responsible for managing industry relationships with IDEAg farm show exhibitors and sponsors, and developing new business to increase market exposure and farm show engagement.

"Adding Niki, Dan and Kelly to our team is a huge step in our plan to push our shows to the forefront of the industry," said Heather Gieseke, managing director of business development. "We strive to provide best-in-class opportunities for our sponsors and exhibitors to connect with farm families across the country and this team's vast experience and drive will make that possible."
