Jun. 24, 2019 National Association of Farm Broadcasting (NAFB) reports: The first 2019 NAFB Foundation online auction is up and running! This is the first auction item of the year that you can purchase as a tax-deductible donation to the NAFB Foundation. Help us continue to fund internships, scholarships, and professional-development efforts. If you are a fan of NASCAR, check out this Las Vegas package: *Two tickets to the Xfinity Series DC Soar 300, set for 7:30 p.m., on Saturday, September 14; *Two tickets to the NASCAR Monster Energy Cup Series South Point 400, at 7 p.m., Sunday, September 15; and *Three nights lodging at the El Cortez Hotel on historic Fremont Street. Bidding begins at $250. Incremental bids of $25 or more will be accepted. Auction closes at Noon Central, Thursday, August 1, 2019, with the winning bidder notified that day.
