In an effort to provide enhanced customer service to its growing list of agriculture-industry clients, BluePrint Media has introduced a new business model and management team.

The new business model will position BluePrint Media to provide more comprehensive services to its clients that leverage the strength of the company's talented and experienced industry professionals. The new model is centered on three new business segments: retainer media, projects and publications.

"This new model will help our clients remain competitive and experience an even greater return on their investment, which is something our company has always strived to do," says Lisa Bard, executive principal of BluePrint Media.

The new business divisions and their respective managers are:

Retainer Media - This segment focuses on clients with ongoing media and communication projects. This includes oversight for social media, public relations, communications, press releases, feature articles, website content and updates, and more. Jessie Topp-Becker will lead this business division.

Projects - This segment focuses on unique client projects, including website development, SEO, advertising campaigns and marketing, sponsorship, and event and promotional projects. Samantha Murnin will lead this business division.

Publications - This segment is responsible for providing oversight to each of BluePrint Media's publications, including the development and financial oversight of each publication, according to publication goals and strategy. Micky Burch will lead this business division.

Each of BluePrint Media's elite team members have firsthand experience with the agriculture industry, as well as formal training and professional experience in marketing, design and communication.

Topp-Becker, Kindred, N.D., joined BluePrint Media in 2016. Growing up actively involved in her family's diversified crop and beef cattle operation cultivated a passion in agriculture from an early age. She has bachelor's and master's degrees in agricultural communication from North Dakota State University and Kansas State University. Topp-Becker is devoted to helping clients tell their story to diverse audiences.

Headquartered in Shepherd, Mont., Murnin has been a key team member for the company since joining in 2016. She grew up on a commercial cow-calf operation in Montana and has been involved in the agriculture industry her entire life. She has a bachelor's degree in animal science with a minor in agricultural business from Colorado State University. Her past work experiences have built her skills in account and project management. Murnin's passion for the agriculture industry drives her to help clients reach their business goals.

Burch, Seward, Neb., recently returned to BluePrint Media to lead the publications division. She grew up on a commercial cow-calf, yearling and hay operation in central Nebraska. Burch earned her bachelor's degree in agricultural journalism from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and has spent more than a decade working in the agricultural publication industry.

"Our business has exciting goals to pursue, and the skill and leadership these individuals bring to our team better positions us, and more important, our clients, for success," Bard says.
