TOM MUDD, THATCHER DESTEFANO JOIN UPL AS MARKETING MANAGERS
Source: UPL news release

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. - UPL recently announced the addition of two North American marketing managers: Tom Mudd for U.S. Row Crop Corn and Soybean Herbicides and Thacher DeStefano for the Southern Crop portfolio. In their new roles, both Mudd and DeStefano will report to Kathleen Seitzinger, Marketing Lead - Row Crops for UPL.

Mudd's loyalty to the field of agriculture comes naturally, as he grew up on a family farm in Kansas. His breadth of experience includes 30 years in sales and marketing. He held various roles at WinField United and its legacy companies - most recently as a senior marketing manager - prior to coming to UPL. Additionally, Mudd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural economics from Kansas State University.

DeStefano comes from a career at Helena Agri-Enterprises, where he served as branch manager and sales representative for two locations in Virginia. In this position, DeStefano worked with a diverse selection of crops including wine grapes, tree fruit, corn, soybeans and cucurbits. DeStefano holds a Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural science from Pennsylvania State University with a minor in leadership development. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at James Madison University.

"UPL is looking forward to the experience and leadership that both Tom Mudd and Thacher DeStefano will bring to the North American team," says Seitzinger. "We are extremely confident in their abilities to manage their respective portfolios, and we couldn't be more thrilled to have them on board."
