LYNN SNODGRASS NAMED PRES/CEO OF ARMOR ANIMAL HEALTH Apr. 24, 2020

Beaver Dam, W I - Armor Animal Health, a privately held provider of animal health and veterinary products, today announced that Lynn Snodgrass has been named as President and Chief Executive Officer. Bryan Meier, who has been acting Chief Executive Officer as well as Chief Financial Officer for the last two months will continue as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Snodgrass's employment with Armor Animal Health will commence, today, April 6, 2020. Snodgrass has more than 20 years of senior management experience, on both the manufacturer and distributor sides of the industries of human health/pharma, small and large animal health, consumables, diagnostics and equipment. "Lynn is the right leader for Armor Animal Health," said Chad Cornell, Partner at Goldner Hawn and Chairman of the Board. "Lynn's extensive animal health background and commercial leadership skills will help Armor strengthen its partnerships, develop strategic alliances and expand our presence. We believe his strong leadership experience will help focus Armor Animal Health as it leverages its' newly-expanded and unique business model to more holistically serve the needs of production animal producers and veterinarians. "I am very excited to be joining the Armor Animal Health team," said Lynn Snodgrass. Snodgrass received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University and completed the Carlson School of Management Executive Education program, University of Minnesota.
