Three new hires who will strengthen account service, finance and human resources capabilities have been announced by Rooster Strategic Solutions.
Joining the consultancy as strategic account director is Carrie Roach (formely Doza), who brings a mix of agency and client experience to the firm.

Roach is a well-known industry advocate for meaningful client relationships and has a deep understanding of the brands with which she engages. She most recently held account director, senior account manager and account manager positions at Brighton Agency in St. Louis.

Roach has also held senior marketing communications manager positions at Koch Agronomic Services and Agrotain International. She holds a B.S. degree in general agriculture, animal science and agricultural economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia; and a M.B.A. from Lindenwood University.
Accounting veteran Sheryl Andrews joins Rooster as finance manager and brings 30 years of experience - 15 of them in agriculture - to the firm. She is a dedicated, detail-oriented professional with proven progressive leadership in accounting and office management.

Andrews most recently was a staff accountant for the Canadian office of Metrogistics/ACERTUS; a staff accountant for Cole & Company PC; a financial administrator for CKE Restaurants; and an accounting specialist for OBP in St. Louis. She holds an accounting degree from Hickey College.

Also joining Rooster as HR/finance associate is Bethany Agge, who most recently served as a bookkeeper for Growing Grounds in Bloomington, Ill., handling payroll, accounts payable and receivable, the company website and various human resources functions. Agge will handle accounts payable, benefits and payroll for Rooster.

Prior to that Agge was senior director of information technology for Hearts at Home, also in Bloomington. She has also held positions at Mid-Central Community Action, West Valley Christian Church and Warner Brothers Film Distribution in both Encino and Burbank, Calif. Agge is a graduate of Lincoln Christian University with a B.A. in business administration.

"Our company has been blessed with phenomenal growth over a relatively short period of time," says Josh Turney, Rooster founder and CEO. "This round of new hires enables us to further build client-service infrastructure and stay ahead of the curve."
