CHRIS STROHMEYER AND ERIN HEIDECKER JOIN CLUTCH

Minneapolis, MN - Despite turbulent economic times, an investment in senior level talent continues to reap benefits for CLUTCH, a hybrid consultancy and agency with a roster of clients across the agriculture and food value chain.

Chris Strohmeyer joins the Minneapolis-based firm as Vice President, Operations and Quality, while Erin Heidecker takes on the role of Senior Manager of Client Engagement.

"Both Chris and Erin have been on the client side, working inside of corporations and seeing how things get done, as well as service providers," said Troy Schroeder, President/Founder, CLUTCH. "We continue to bring in team members who have been on both sides of the table and who have served in roles similar to our clients. That allows us to efficiently bring grounded and relevant solutions forward and couple them with the creativity that comes with the agency business. And, it also fosters an empathetic approach and understanding that clients appreciate."

Chris Strohmeyer brings over 20 years of integrated agency and client-side experience, most recently managing creative and production services at local agency broadhead. Prior to that, she gained valuable project management experience at Life Time Fitness, Colle + McVoy and Jostens. In Chris's role she will focus on integrated operations and work quality across CLUTCH's marketing, consulting and learning and development client work.

Erin Heidecker brings deep experience in brand development and strategic planning across the food channel. She started her career on the agency side, focusing on food safety, and then moved client-side, gaining experience in both pet and CPG product marketing. Heidecker went on to work with both quick serve restaurants (Caribou, Einsteins and Dairy Queen) and food service (Michael Foods). She also brings channel experience and understanding through her work with franchisees and the role of learning and development in successful product and menu launches.

Strohmeyer and Heidecker will join a veteran team of strategic marketing, sales, communications, and business professionals that have worked for and with the leading brands in food and agriculture.
