RFD-TV AND THE COWBOY CHANNEL TO PREMIERE DOCUMENTARY "CROSSING"
Source: RFD-TV news release

Omaha, NE - RFD-TV and The Cowboy Channel are pleased to announce the
premiere of a new documentary titled Crossing, which will air next Monday, August 17th at 8PM EST and again at 12AM EST. An interview with two of the individuals featured in the documentary, Howard G. Buffett, Chairman and CEO of the Howard G. Buffett Foundation, and Crossing Healthcare CEO Tanya Andricks, will air immediately afterwards. The broadcast will last a total of 1.5 hours.

Crossing follows former Macon County Sheriff Howard Buffett's work to address addiction in his rural, central-Illinois community and the innovative partnership he forges with Crossing Healthcare to develop a new model for treating substance abuse. The story also explores how the opioid crisis is affecting communities all across America, the link between our southern border and the drug trade ravaging our communities, and how healthcare providers, law enforcement, and policymakers must come together to rethink our approach to addiction treatment.

"RFD-TV is so proud to air this documentary. I know how hard Howard has worked to fight drug abuse in rural America, and this film documents this journey to build the new treatment center now open in Illinois," said Patrick Gottsch, Founder and President of RFD-TV. "The special access to watching Howard on duty, at the same time as Sheriff of the county, showcases how dedicated Howard is to making a difference in this world."

If you would like to tune in next Monday, RFD-TV is available to livestream through DISH, DIRECTV, AT&T U-Verse, Charter Spectrum, Cox, Mediacom, Suddenlink, and Sling TV's Heartland Extra package. Additionally, RFD-TV Now is available to livestream through Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV and Samsung Smart TV; RFD-TV can also be streamed directly from Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer or Firefox web browsers. You may download the app in your device's app store or head to watchrfdtv.com to sign up.
