Four new hires will add multi-disciplinary strength to Rooster Strategic Solutions across project management, creative, social media, account service and content strategy functions.

Olivia Youtsey joins the consultancy as senior project manager. She most recently was senior producer at Sandbox/MERGE managing workflow, project delivery and quality control. Youtsey's client experience includes Bayer, Monsanto, National Pork Producers Council and Pharmacyclics, among others. She holds a B.A. degree in communications from Michigan State University.

Caitlin Robb joins Rooster as an account executive focused on social media. With a background in social media management, marketing strategy, public relations and branding, she has served in roles such as senior brand manager at Barkley, director of marketing at Arkansas Urology, and was a member of the social media enterprise team at John Deere. Robb holds a M.S. degree in strategic brand communications from the University of Illinois and a B.S. degree in agricultural media and communications from West Texas A&M University.

On the creative side, Kara Allen comes on board as senior copywriter at Rooster. She was most recently lead copywriter at Sandbox for Seqirus, a global flu vaccine manufacturer, and a junior copywriter at Ad Farm and Trozzolo. Other major clients Allen has worked with include Merck Animal Health, Bayer, Elanco, Agtegra Cooperative, Tiger Sul, Nufarm and Boston Scientific. She holds a B.A. degree in journalism and strategic communication from the University of Missouri.

Rounding out the new Rooster roster is Sara McClendon, who is serving as a content strategy consultant on the Syngenta Seeds marketing communications team. McClendon was most recently content strategist and senior account manager at Rhea + Kaiser and before that was public relations manager at OBP. Her client experience includes Bayer, Indiana Soybean Alliance, Indiana Corn Marketing Council, the Monsanto America's Farmers program, Asgrow and DEKALB. McClendon holds a B.S. degree in public relations from Missouri State University.
