ROB-SEE-CO ANNOUNCES RYAN HALLS AS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Elhorn, NE - Rob-See-Co, an independent seed company located in Elkhorn, Nebr., expands its leadership team with the addition of Ryan Halls as Chief Financial Officer. Halls brings over 13 years of experience in Agriculture Finance roles, including positions at Syngenta and Cargill.

"It is a pleasure to announce Ryan Halls as the newest addition to the Rob-See-Co leadership team," said Rob Robinson, CEO of Rob-See-Co. "Ryan's high level of experience in Agriculture and Finance makes him a key asset to the continued success of our operations. We are thrilled to have him on board."

After serving two years with United States Gypsum, Halls joined Syngenta in 2007 as a Cost Analyst and served in several roles in his 11 years there. He supported Soybean Production, Supply Chain and Production planning for corn and soybeans, and global Field Production. Halls was the Finance Lead for Sugar beets, Sunflowers and Wheat, and was the Golden Harvest Controller supporting sales and marketing. The last two years, Halls worked at Cargill supporting Cocoa and Chocolate, and more recently Animal Nutrition as a Finance Lead.

At Rob-See-Co, Halls will be responsible for accounting oversight, cash management, and Human Resources as Chief Financial Officer.

Halls has a bachelor's degree in Finance from Iowa State University and a Master of Business Administration Specializing in Supply Chain Management from Iowa State University.
