Argyle, TX - PureAcre is expanding their team by hiring Brandon Badgley as Account Director. The Texas-based agricultural innovation company provides high-performance, Earth-friendly nutritionals and biostimulants that maximize plant performance and fertilizer efficiency; and Badgley will oversee sales and account relationships and introduce new products to the row crop and specialty crop markets.

Prior to joining PureAcre, Badgley held sales management roles at Corteva (Pioneer) and Compass Minerals Plant Nutrition and has been passionately embedded in U.S. agriculture for over a decade in sales management and agronomy. Badgley also raises horses, bison, and row crops in western Missouri on his farm.

"As we prepare to reveal new high-performance and Earth-friendly products to help farmers, having a long-time agriculture expert like Brandon is a valuable addition for the PureAcre team," said John Appel, President of PureAcre. "His years of expertise in the field and extensive knowledge within the U.S. agriculture industry will help PureAcre successfully introduce and distribute new products aimed to solve challenges associated with large-scale farming. We are confident that Brandon will be a trusted advisor on our team and will cultivate the relationships PureAcre needs to succeed."

Badgley brings new route-to-market and product research knowledge, along with long-lasting relationships in the nutritional, fertilizer and grower industries, which will enhance PureAcre's product distribution and awareness. He will support PureAcre's go-to-market strategy, which offers agriculture retailers the option to directly sell PureAcre-branded products, partner with the company to create their own private-label products, or license OpusMax for use in their in-house manufacturing.

OpusMAX is a proprietary formulation technology that acts as a carrier by forming supramolecular structures with active ingredients. This blend enhances the efficacy of active ingredients and results in higher performing, more efficient solutions for agricultural inputs.

"After spending several years in the agriculture industry, I've learned that farmers are looking for partners who can help them overcome their crop and farming challenges and provide them with the products and resources they need to maximize their profits," said Badgley. "At the same time, there is increasing concern over environmental sustainability in farming practices, so I'm thrilled to be joining the PureAcre team to provide farmers and growers with products that can address both economic and environmental concerns."

Badgley is a graduate of The University of Central Missouri, where he earned a BSBA with an emphasis in Marketing & Legal Studies, along with a minor in Agronomy. He and his wife reside in western Missouri.
