Bill Heffron, 78, of Bloomington, Minnesota, died on Sunday, February 7th, 2021 surrounded by his family.

Bill was born on May 19, 1942. He grew up in New Richmond, Wisconsin and graduated with a B.S. from University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Bill had a long and successful career in advertising joining Bock & Associates in 1971 and retiring from the firm in 2007.

Soon after beginning this career, he met his loving wife Carol. They were married for 46 years. Being the youngest of eight siblings, he had a profound sense of family. Two of his favorite days throughout the year were the summer family reunion and Thanksgiving where he was surrounded by his large extended family.

Above all else, Bill found the sincerest happiness with his wife, two children and five grandchildren. He built meaningful relationships based on trust and respect. His integrity was unwavering. He was always fully engaged and genuinely interested.

Bill loved to spend the early morning hours visiting farmers at the market and baking bread. His bread won awards at the Minnesota State Fair and he loved talking about the "Yankee lineup" of competitors. He was an avid reader and a good spy novel never let him down. He also loved to golf.
