Since 1903, Ford Motor Company has helped to build a better world for the people and communities it serves and has again partnered with the National Agriculture in the Classroom Organization (NAITCO) and its Agriculture in the Classroom (AITC) state program members to strengthen pre-kindergarten (Pre-K) through 12th grade agricultural literacy outreach.

"Agriculture impacts us all," said Chris Brown, Affinity Marketing Manager, Ford Motor Company. "Ford Motor Company wouldn't be possible without the agriculture industry and its commodities; it gives us great pleasure to help in the efforts of NAITCO to ensure students become agriculturally literate for generations to come."

Ford is supporting the 2021 NAITCO National Conference "Fields of Dreams" to be held in June 28-July 1 at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines, Iowa.

"The continued support of Ford Motor Company is essential to our success as an organization," said Tammy Maxey, president of NAITCO and programs director of Virginia Agriculture in the Classroom. "The company's partnership helps us ensure students see the connection between agriculture and their daily lives. It is not just the food on their plate. It is the clothes they wear, the homes they live in, and the cars they drive."

NAITCO and its AITC state program members reached 87,000 teachers and 8.2 million students in Pre-K through 12th grade in the U.S. in 2019.
