Woodbridge, CA - There's no better year than 2021 to check out California's premiere agribusiness conference. Under the theme, 'It's All About California Agriculture', the Outlook 2021 Agribusiness Conference will be held in your office/living room, virtually, on the mornings of Wednesday, March 24th and Thursday, March 25th. Outlook 2021 is presented by the California Chapter of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) and will feature two half days of impactful program sessions plus the release of the highly anticipated Trends in Agricultural Land & Lease Values report.

With your morning coffee in hand and business attire optional, industry experts will speak each morning, exploring relevant and timely topics faced by California agriculture and how that fits into the regional and national outlook for the industry. On Wednesday, look forward to Dr. Roland Fumasi from Rabobank who will give an economic overview followed by David Orth with NewCurrent Water and Land who will be providing an irrigation water update. Other topics for the day include an update from the California Grape Crush Report and the tree nut industry.

On Thursday, the morning will kick off with the highly anticipated release of the 2021 Trends in Agricultural Land & Lease Values publication with four regional breakout sessions to discuss an overview of land values throughout California and Nevada. This will be followed by updates on the California legislature and the berry and dairy industries.

Conference Chair and Accredited Rural Appraiser, Michael Merkley, invites and encourages anyone with an interest in California agriculture to attend both days of the Outlook 2021 Virtual Agribusiness Conference. "We are pleased this year to have conference keynote, Dr. Roland Fumasi, to begin the program" Merkley stated. "In addition to the heavy-hitters who will follow him, we are excited to have our Trends break-out sessions for attendees to ask more direct questions about the specific geographic regions covered in the report."

The Outlook 2021 Conference is open to the public and preregistration is requested by March 5th. Click here to download a copy of the conference brochure with complete details and registration fees. Questions may be directed to the California Chapter, ASFMRA Office at (209) 368-3672 or to
