FORMER CHS COMMS MGR LANI JORDAN ON VOLUNTEERING YOUR AG EXPERTISE GLOBALLY
Source: blog by Lani Jordan, former CHS Corporate Communications Director

Want to share your ag expertise globally?

Whether you're a crop or livestock producer, a technical expert, an agriculture finance professional or a marketing whiz, the Farmer-2-Farmer program may be for you. This USAID-funded volunteer effort helps farmers and other agribusiness professionals in developing countries improve their livelihoods and food security.

Farmer-2-Farmer matches U.S.-based volunteers with technical assignments to provide hands-on training to communities, cooperatives, agribusinesses, and educational institutions.

Currently all assignments are virtual, but in-person projects will resume when travel is safe.
Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture (CNFA), an international agricultural development organization based in Washington D.C., is seeking for individuals interested in virtual volunteer assignments in Madagascar, Malawi, Moldova, Mozambique, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. Register here for future opportunities.

Got questions? Veteran volunteer and CNFA Farmer-2-Farmer Ambassador Lani Jordan, formerly CHS Inc. corporate communications director and now a consultant, is available for virtual presentations to groups and one-on-one conversations at lani@lanijordan.com.
