VANESSA HELLERMANN AND LUCAS LANGLEY JOIN CLUTCH

Minneapolis, MN - CLUTCH, a hybrid consultancy and agency providing services to agriculture and food B2B companies and organizations, continues to grow with the addition of two new team members. Vanessa Hellermann and Lucas Langley joined CLUTCH in the first quarter of 2021, expanding the company's diverse set of experiences and knowledge.

Vanessa Hellermann joins the firm as Director of Client Success, while Lucas Langley joins as a Graphic Designer. Hellermann and Langley both step into newly created positions at CLUTCH as the organization continues to grow its internal team to meet the needs of their expanding client base.

Investing in new team members who bring new perspective, background, and experience helps us deliver on that commitment. We want individuals who are veterans in our clients' industries, but who also bring a level of curiosity to ask the right questions and challenge the norms," said Troy Schroeder, president + founder of CLUTCH. "Vanessa and Lucas bring these attributes to our team in countless ways and we couldn't be more excited to welcome them."

Hellermann brings experience in leading integrated communication campaigns, with an emphasis on public relations and account management. She has worked extensively in the ag retail space, creating and executing growth strategy efforts. Vanessa has spent the majority of her career working with both agriculture and government clients.

Langley's creative experience is multidisciplinary, with a focus on creating and driving brand identities through digital channels and engagement. He also has experience in package design and videography. Lucas has worked with both B2B and B2C brands, most recently in the off-road vehicle industry.
