ROSARIO, Argentina--Bioceres Crop Solutions Corp. ("Bioceres" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: BIOX), a fully integrated global provider of crop productivity solutions designed to enable the transition of agriculture towards carbon neutrality, announced today that it will take part in the Nasdaq Stock Market's bell-ringing ceremony on April 27, 2021 in celebration of Bioceres' new listing on the Nasdaq Global Select Market.

Chief Executive Officer Federico Trucco will ring the virtual opening bell and speak with Nasdaq's Global Head of Capital Markets, Bob McCooey, which will be webcast live beginning at 9:00 am ET at The Company will continue to trade under the "BIOX" symbol.
