BRITTANY STEUER, JENNIFER WALLACE PROMOTED AT C.O.NXT

HARTLAND, Wis.-C.O.nxt is proud to announce the promotion of two of their long-time leaders. Brittany Steuer is being elevated from her position as Vice President, Client Services to Executive Vice President, Client Services, while Jennifer Wallace is moving from Vice President, Creative Services to Executive Vice President, Creative Services.
"We are so very excited for Jen and Brittany," says C.O.nxt Chief Executive Officer Marcy Tessmann. "They have been so instrumental in helping evolve our business to thrive and grow, especially through the pandemic era. Their leadership, dedication and demonstrated encouragement to their teams is exemplary."

Brittany Steuer will continue to oversee the Account Services department in their mission to delight clients at every level. In her expanded role, she will also oversee the IT department and increased oversight and involvement in agency financials, spearheading continuous efforts to stay on the leading edge of the industry in all areas.
Steuer is a graduate of UW-Madison. She has been with C.O.nxt (formerly Charleston|Orwig) for more than 18 years, where she started her career as a Media and Account Coordinator. Since then, she has worked her way to her new position through vision, determination and a steady focus on client goals.

| Jennifer Wallace |
Jennifer Wallace will remain as the chief overseer of the creative and content disciplines, directing her team toward unique and impactful solutions for clients. In her new role, she will also be leading C.O.nxt in its ongoing new business efforts.
Wallace earned her BFA from the University of Notre Dame and completed her MFA at the Art Institute of Chicago. Her career as an innovative creator has spanned nearly 20 years, the last 13 of which have been with C.O.nxt.
The two promotions are part of a planned succession as former partner and current Chief Growth Officer, Mark Gale, enters retirement.
"We're so happy for Mark as he moves into his next adventure," says Tessmann. "He leaves some big shoes to fill, but our 100 percent ESOP enables us to move forward with the leadership of the business in a way that fits with our ownership culture and allows us to deliver for clients in new and exciting ways."
