BILL DAVIDSON JOINS ALL STATES AG PARTS AS PRESIDENT

Hudson, WI - All States Ag Parts ("ASAP"), the leading agricultural and heavy equipment aftermarket parts supplier in North America, announced today the addition of William (Bill) Davidson as President of All States Ag Parts. Davidson, who joined the All States Ag Parts' board of directors earlier this year, comes to ASAP from AutoNation, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President of Parts Operations. Prior to joining AutoNation in February of 2020, Davidson spent 17 years in senior leadership roles with John Deere - leading teams based in the US, Canada and China.
Davidson, who will report to John Dyke, ASAP's Chief Executive Officer, will assume many of Dyke's day-to-day operational responsibilities. Dyke, who plans to remain as CEO of All States Ag Parts for the long-term, indicated the addition of Davidson will free him up to focus on the Company's continued organic and acquisition-led growth strategy.
He also indicated that Davidson will have the additional responsibility of assisting long-time Chief Operations Officer, Jeff Griggs, as he transitions into semi-retirement and a more focused strategic role within the company.
Davidson said, "I grew up on a farm in western Alberta and worked at a coal mine and on a road construction crew during high school and college. As a lifelong user of agriculture and construction equipment, I know what it means to be able to find the right part to keep my equipment running. Since joining the ASAP Board of Directors up-close how the ASAP experience can be of benefit to customers. It is my mission to continue to build upon all that has been accomplished as we consider our paths forward in all the communities that we live and support our customers."
