Sarah Burtch
Direct Contact, Inc. (DCI) is pleased to the appointment of Sarah Burtch as Account Manager. In this role, Burtch will build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with DCI's portfolio of clients, forge new relationships to support and grow the business, as well as lead and manage dynamic teams of Project Managers and Independent Contractors. Sarah will contribute innovative and equitable solutions for the both Clients and Contractors, demonstrating DCI's mission of putting the Right people in the Right place at the Right time.

"Sarah's prior experiences and successes as Recruiting Manager at Direct Contact have given her a one-of-a-kind, invaluable perspective from both the client and contractor points of view. She will leverage this knowledge to identify and build projects for our clients that are efficient, effective and successful.

"During her tenure as Recruiting Manager, her tenacity and intuition allowed DCI to remain the agriculture industry front-runner for project and staffing solutions. One of her greatest accolades was leading DCI's recruiting team to source and hire more than 100 contractors in just 100 days. Her previous experiences in leadership, marketing, and people management will allow her to excel in this role now and well into the future." said Jackie Weldon, Vice President of Sales & Operations.

"Sarah's integrity, intuition, and extensive agriculture experience make her a remarkable addition to our Account Management Team. Her personal values and work ethic will allow DCI to preserve our legacy of exceeding the expectations of our clients, contractors, and employees," said Weldon.

Sarah's passion for preserving and growing the agriculture industry come from her treasured experiences on her 60-year-old family farm. As a 3rd generation grower, her farm is much like the operations of those whom she connects with daily - the operation used to support hogs, then switched to function primarily as a grain farm.

Burtch began her career at DCI as an Independent Contractor working on crop protection, product launch, and market contact initiatives. Because of her innate ability to strategize and execute, she quickly advanced to the role of Recruiting Manager. Sarah continues to also serve DCI as the Director of Social Media and Online Marketing where she is able to stretch her creative legs, build artistic campaigns and calls to action, connecting DCI with a nationwide audience on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Sarah's wit, attention to detail, and artistic flare are evident on DCI's social media - whether followers are engaging in a watermelon vs. sweet corn debate or viewing the latest job opening at DCI, she invites everyone to join in and connect with DCI on social media today.
