Cassie Tatum
Direct Contact, Inc. (DCI) is pleased to introduce Cassie Tatum as their newly appointed Recruiting Manager. In this role, Tatum will lead DCI's team of Recruitment Specialists and Senior Recruiters in carrying out DCI's mission of putting the Right people in the Right place at the Right time for their clients in geographies throughout the Unites States.

"Cassie's gallant leadership of our Recruiting Team will be a critical component of our organization continuing to be an industry front runner. Her previous experiences in leadership, human resources, and people management will allow her to excel in this role now and well into the future." said Jackie Weldon, Vice President of Sales & Operations. "Cassie's personal experiences and values, extensive agriculture background, and professional attributes will allow our Recruiting Team to continue to exceed the expectations of our clients, contractors, and employees."

Cassie began her career at DCI as a Recruitment Specialist. During her tenure as a Recruitment Specialist, Cassie demonstrated an outstanding ability to source and recruit candidates and build networks from all walks of life. Because of her success, she quickly advanced to the role of Senior Recruiter. Cassie has also served as a Project Manager for DCI where her attention to detail, strategic planning, and critical thinking skills allowed her to be valued as a PM by contractors and clients alike.

Cassie received her BA in Business Management from Hannibal-LaGrange University in Hannibal, Missouri. Her previous career in Healthcare Management, as well as her volunteer involvement in University Extension outreach, lends to her demonstrated strengths and abilities in sourcing and recruiting, customer service, marketing, human resources, and business management.

Cassie's roots in ag are deep as she is a 3rd generation farmer, and has served as 4H project leader, county fair board officer, livestock judge, and currently enjoys running her own Registered Angus Cow/Calf operation with her husband and three daughters.
