RYAN PAUL JOINS MOD OP AS CREATIVE DIRECTOR

MIAMI - July 20, 2021 - Mod Op, a marketing communications agency with offices across the U.S. and an office in Latin America, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Ryan Paul as a creative director.

"With so much of our business focused on creating unique, targeted and thought-provoking campaigns, Ryan's experience delivering strategic designs made him the perfect fit," said Eric J. Bertrand, CEO, Mod Op. "His passion and history will drive our current and future creative efforts."

After a long tenure serving in full-time and contract creative roles at McGarryBowen, Prophet, Sandbox Agency, Sustena Group and Lippincott, Paul joins Mod Op as a full-time creative director. Experienced in design, user experience and brand strategy, his responsibilities will include the development of omnichannel brand campaigns, digital experiences, creative ideation and design leadership.

Paul brings more than 25 years of expertise in designing and reimagining global brand identity programs, digital communications, websites, logos, out-of-home campaigns and more. He merges his creativity and strategic thinking to create better brand experiences. Knowledgeable in several creative disciplines, Paul has had the opportunity to work with a variety of brands ranging from boutique companies to Fortune 500 conglomerates. His past clients include American Express, Abbott Laboratories, Extended Stay America, T. Rowe Price, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, GE Healthcare and Amyris.

Prior to joining Mod Op, Paul was a contract creative director and visual design lead at McGarryBowen. While there, he worked extensively with American Express, redesigning user experiences for online customers and translating brand strategy into engaging digital campaigns for American Express Travel. Before that, he held senior creative positions at Prophet, a global brand consultancy, and several branding and design agencies in New York. Paul earned a bachelor's of fine arts in graphic design from the Rhode Island School of Design and studied user experience design at General Assembly. With a career spanning two decades, Paul will be a great addition to the Mod Op team.

In addition to creative design and oversight, Mod Op provides its clients with a suite of marketing services which includes advertising, media management, public relations and social media, among others.
