Minneapolis, MN - CLUTCH, a hybrid consultancy and agency with a roster of clients across the agriculture and food value chain, continues to grow its senior leadership team with the addition of agriculture industry veteran Jeff Caldwell.

Caldwell joins CLUTCH as Associate VP, Engagement + Relevance after two decades in agriculture communications. The Kansas native spent over 15 years in the ag journalism arena, with a long tenure at Meredith Corporation, where he served as multimedia editor for, pioneering and growing Meredith's digital footprint for the ag audience. This critical digital content experience aligns with the work CLUTCH continues to do for clients.

"Jeff brings a unique perspective to his role at CLUTCH," said Troy Schroeder, President/Founder, CLUTCH. "His experience in journalism and background in publishing will bring our clients a mindset that is focused on serving the target audience by sharing the right information at the right time and in the right place to drive business results. That's the ultimate goal in ensuring relevancy in the content world."

Caldwell grew up on a farm in northwest Kansas and attended Kansas State University. He began his career traversing farm country and crafting stories for High Plains Journal and Midwest Ag Journal. Following nearly a decade at Meredith Publishing, he made a seamless transition to public relations as a Content Creator and Manager at Des Moines agencies.

"Having grown up in agriculture, I've got a pretty good feel for what passes the relevancy test and what really matters," said Caldwell. "Trust is a critical component of content. It takes a lot of work to earn it, but it can be lost in an instant and not gained back for years. I want to ensure that every single thing we put out on behalf of our clients is absolutely relevant to their target audience. It's the cornerstone of building trust and results."

The CLUTCH senior leadership team continues to grow stronger with the promotion of Cindy Hackmann to Associate VP, Reputation + Influence. In this role, she will lead influencer marketing, as well as initiating brand reputation work for clients, including reputation assessments and integrated reputation plans.

"Cindy has been a valuable asset for both our clients and members of our own team," said Schroeder. "Her extensive background in issues management and reputation management will elevate our clients' brands at a time when reputation is clearly impacting overall results. We believe a strong reputation is core to achieving business goals and objectives. Without trust and credibility, no one believes what you say and everything gets harder. We're thrilled to bring Cindy's trusted voice and talents in brand reputation to our clients."
