Hartland, WI - C.O.nxt is excited to welcome a new employee-owner to its growing team. Jill DeLucero joins the team as a senior account manager, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in the agriculture industry.
In her role as senior account manager, DeLucero plays a key role in planning and strategy, the development and implementation of brand campaigns, helping lead new business development efforts, and leading and managing multiple accounts and client teams.
Prior to C.O.nxt, DeLucero spent nearly 23 years at the National Cattlemen's Beef Association (NCBA), her most recent role being executive director, corporate relations.
In this role, she was responsible for a wide range of marketing, sales and management responsibilities. Throughout her years in the agriculture industry DeLucero has been an active member of the National Agriculture Marketing Association (NAMA), serving three years as a regional treasurer and 10 years as a regional president.
