MICHAEL TORREY ASSOCIATES REBRANDS AS TORREY ADVISORY GROUP

WASHINGTON - Today, Michael Torrey Associates announced they will be rebranding as Torrey Advisory Group. The name change reflects the the 17-year evolution of the D.C.-based agriculture and food consulting firm, along with a renewed focus on the expertise and value the entire team provides for clients.
"As the firm experience's growth and change, I fully recognize that while it started with one person and a big dream, it's bigger than that now, it's bigger than just Michael Torrey. I hope that our new name, Torrey Advisory Group, signifies the breadth of experience we bring to our clients and our continued commitment to the food, agricultural, and forestry industry," said Michael Torrey, founder and principal of Torrey Advisory Group.
Founded in 2005, Torrey Advisory Group started as a food and agricultural lobbying firm, but has evolved into a full-service firm that offers a wide array of services including government relations, issues management, communications, and association management. Over the past several years the group has expanded through hiring bipartisan staff members with experience working at agencies, on Capitol Hill, and in the private sector.
