SIMPLOT ACQUIRES WESTERN CANADA RETAILER G-MAC'S AGTEAM

BOISE, Idaho - The J.R. Simplot Company, a family-owned, privately held food and agribusiness company headquartered in Boise, Idaho, has agreed to acquire G-Mac's AgTeam, a retail market leader in agricultural crop inputs and related services throughout Western Canada. G-Mac's AgTeam has 15 retail stores that will now be Simplot Grower Solutions locations.

The new Simplot Grower Solutions stores are located in Saskatchewan. With the acquisition, Simplot welcomes more than 100 new employees to the Grower Solutions team, including more than 40 Agronomic Advisors with local experience, agronomic knowledge, and relationships with growers.
